Selection Criteria for Expo Vida Panamá Participation

Expo Vida Panamá is an exclusive, invitation-only event designed to connect qualified Sellers of products and services with local and international Buyers seeking authentic Panamanian experiences. Our goal is to foster new connections, strengthen existing partnerships, and provide insights into the future of business in Panama. Participants will have the opportunity to expand their networks and discover innovative strategies for promoting Panama to a global audience.

We look forward to showcasing the vibrant culture and diverse offerings of Panama through Expo Vida Panamá and fostering meaningful connections within the global  industries.

 Pricing (Regular Registration May 30, 2025–August 30, 2025)

• 6x6 Booth + full appointment schedule = $2,500 USD (Early Bird Price is -$1500 USD) 
• 6x8 Booth  + full appointment schedule = $3,000 USD  (Early Bird Price -$2500 USD) 
• 10x10 Booth  + 2 full appointment schedule = $4500 USD  (Early Bird Price $4000 USD) 
• 30x30 Booth  + 4 full appointment schedule = $15,800 CAD  (Early Bird Price $10,000 USD) 

Cancellation and Substitution Policy for Expo Vida Panamá

Cancellation Policy

We understand that circumstances may arise requiring registered participants to cancel their attendance at Expo Vida Panamá. To initiate a cancellation and request a refund, please submit a written request to the Expo Vida Panamá Registration Office at [contact email].

• Booth Cancellations: Requests received on or before June 1st will be eligible for a full refund minus a processing fee of $100 USD. Unfortunately, refunds cannot be granted for requests received after this date.

• Additional Schedule and Delegate Cancellations: Requests received by July 30th  will be refunded in full minus a $200 USD processing fee. Regrettably, refunds will not be granted for requests received after this date. refunds may be processed after Expo Vida Panamá concludes.

Substitutions

We accept delegate substitutions at any time, subject to a $50 USD processing fee. The request must be submitted by the original registrant via email to the Expo Vida Panamá Registration Office.  Where applicable, appointment schedules will automatically transfer from the original delegate to the substitute.

Name Badges

Name badges serve as your all-access pass to Expo Vida Panamá events.  Badges, displaying the individual's and organization's names, are required for entry to all functions. They are non-transferable, must be visible at all times, and should not be altered or defaced. Lost or misplaced badges are subject to a $100 USD reprint fee.

Guests/Accompanying Persons Policy

Registration grants access to all scheduled events of Expo Vida Panamá. Guests, colleagues, spouses, family members, VIPs, or accompanying persons are not permitted access to any Expo Vida Panamá facilities, events, functions, or activities unless they are registered participants or have received specific authorization from the Expo Vida Panamá organizing team. Individual tickets to functions, events, or activities are not available for sale.

Right to Review Participation

Expo Vida Panamá reserves the right to review an organization's participation and the selection criteria annually to ensure alignment with current conditions and trends. Appeals can be submitted in writing to the Expo Vida Panamá Committee, which will appoint members to review the decision.

The number of requested and total appointments from previous editions of Expo Vida Panamá are factors considered for continued participation. Expo Vida Panamá organizers reserve the right to establish performance thresholds to manage access to participation.

All participants must agree to adhere to Expo Vida Panamá's Policies and Procedures and abide by its Code of Conduct as part of the registration process.
